11 months young

Shelby turned 11 months young on November 29th and I swear she's getting busier and busier every day. I wanted to take note of some of her accomplishments thus far and some of her "stats".

Weight - 18.5 lbs
Height - 29 inches
Head - 17 inches
Diapers - Size 2
Clothes - 9 months
Shoes - Size 4

She still only has her 2 bottom front teeth but I'm expecting her to get more soon because she's been gnawing on everything lately...more-so than usual anyways. She is still sleeping through the night; usually around 10 or so hours, sometimes more. She is taking at least one 2-hour nap a day and sometimes I can get her to take a second one depending on when she takes her first one. Those only last about an hour but it's a nice break. She puts herself to sleep now at night-time and for her naps.

She wakes up every morning in a good mood and gets SO excited when we come into her room to get her out of her crib. She holds onto the side of her crib and bounces up and down with the BIGGEST smile ever. It's the best way to start a morning. It's always nice to see someone excited to see you, lol.

Things she does:
 - WALK! (she's been walking since 10 months)
 - Dance on command and will dance to any sort of music
 - Wave hello and goodbye (been doing this since 6 months-ish)
 - Signs "all done" when she's done eating
 - Can get in and out of the bathtub by herself
 - Can climb onto our rocking chairs and couch by herself
 - Climbs stairs with ease and also goes down them with ease too
 - Find your nose
 - Gimme five

Things she "says":
 - Mom
 - Dada
 - Mumum (for snacks)
 - Manana (banana)
 - Dank (thank you)
 - Poppop (popcorn from the popcorn popping song)

Things she loves:
 - Peaches (her favorite food)
 - Avocado
 - Scrambled Eggs
 - Orange Juice
 - Her fuzzy blanket
 - Pears
 - Bananas
 - Mangoes
 - Bath time
 - Books (her alphabet book, Dr. Seuss books and butterfly garden book)
 - Yogurt melts and puffs

My how time flies. I can't believe it's almost been a year!! Just a month away and our little one will be smashing a cupcake through her little fingers and all over her face. I can't wait!!

Such a personality she has!

I can't believe she's so big already...stop growing up so fast!
