It's been 2 short months since our little miss Shelby came in to our lives. She still does a lot of the same things she's always done, like...eat, sleep, poop (lots!!) and hiccup. She weighed 7lbs 7ozs at birth and has since then been steadily growing. She has had NO problem with food.
Today we took her to the doctors for a check-up. They weighed her and we found out she now weighs 10lbs 7 ozs. What? How? I can't believe she's grown that fast! That's a sack of flour...and then some!
I was in complete denial that my little baby had been growing up...till now! She's changed so much in the last 2 months. The most fun part of her growing up is watching her interact with us more. She loves to "talk" to us and smile whenever we talk to her. Her latest trick? Grabbing our fingers when we're feeding her and tugging the bottle towards her mouth as if to say "Hey, pay attention people! Put that grub in my pie-hole!" Ohhh she has such a personality at such a young age!
