BBQ Chicken Pizza - CPK Style

We LOVE pizza! We especially like making our own BBQ Chicken Pizza (we stole the idea from California Pizza Kitchen) here at home when we have the time and supplies. Today was one of those lucky days for us where we had the time, supplies and craving for it.

The crust takes a couple hours to prepare, but man is it good! You have to mix it, let it raise an hour and a half then separate it into 2 even pieces. The recipe makes 2 pizzas. It's really easy if you have a pastry mat to roll the dough out on; that way when it's lightly floured the pizza just slides right off onto your pizza stone. Yummy!

Ryan was extremely excited when the first pizza came out of the oven. I was able to catch him in the act of his "happy dance". Haha! Pizza is seriously his favorite food so there's total purpose for this celebration.
